The more difficult your life is, the louder your feelings become
A carefully worded book that enlightened me on postpartum depression and stigmas surrounding it, on the little bodily autonomy that women possessed in the 50s (and still do!) Also a book with an interesting mystery and a message of the importance of family, it is never too late to change. Easy to read yet powerfully worded, finished it in two days.
