Eh. I like the author and I like the illustrator but this one wasn't my favorite. Why are the comparisons specific to boys? I feel silly saying it but it felt kind of sexist and seemed to capitalize on stereotypes about little boys.

This book plays into all sorts of stereotypes we have about boys and how they should behave. It would have been so much better if the text applied to all children and their wonderful imaginations.

The title Drew me in. I was expecting wake escapades. Instead it was a list of inanimate object doing gender normative stuff.
