The writing is not working for me.  May peek at the end to see who the killer is.

Too much going on to focus on the main mystery part of it.

I really liked the characters and I love that we still get to see Christina. I just wished there was a bit more focus on the mystery itself.

This was a cute, cozy paranormal mystery. The first book in the series. Told in Mia'a POV. It was a nice read and was easy to get into. I love the cover. It does end on a cliffhanger.

This magical cozy is low on the magic and woven into the lives of the townsfolk.
Starting a new business is hard, harder when your first event has the host murdered before it can even start. As the prime suspect, our sleuth investigates to see who is behind all the drama.
Good cast of characters, just a little magic and crime solving.
