Knowing Bisping for a few years following the TUF season 3 years it's been enjoyable to learn more about behind the scenes on things. He holds no punches about growing up, learning life the hard way and how he evolved past it.
Only draw back is not hitting hard topics where he might have.
But overall, it's a man who grew up, owns his mistakes and uses the times when things go awry to his advantage.

This was an enthralling read from cover to cover - I've followed the UFC from a distance for a number of years and recalled some of the fights in here, but it was just great to hear about it from the man himself. Highly recommended whether you're a fight fan or not, truly inspirational story!

Though this was a really good book, I enjoyed reading about Michael Bisping's life. I so do wish that he talked about loosing his eye though.
