“Challenging” is certainly a way to describe this book — Dorothy’s POV is fascinating, albeit brutal and intense to follow. The narrative of this story binds immaculate images of food closely with Dorothy’s violent acts and thoughts in a way that leaves you feeling uncomfortably hungry given the context. I was so desperate to continue reading at times that I checked out an ebook from my local library to continue on the go. Read at your own risk, but those who dare will be rewarded.

Delicious.
Someone else wrote that this book has no right to be written this well and yes, that is the point.
Now I basically want an expanded universe where Dorothy turns Lector and helps her favorite policeofficer catch other murderesses. My god, this was fun.
