I just was so confused reading this book. And its not like I haven't read other classics. I've read classics harder than this book. I think it just wasn't a book for me.

I found this book extremely boring. I didn't expect movie-level excitement, but I honestly don't understand what the big deal is about it. The story was fine, the writing okay. Overall it just didn't capture my attention and I had to force myself to push through and finish it.

A very good story told in tim curry's voice. At least by the audio book. Enjoyed it while at work and thought of how it would be today if someone would go down there.

A wonderfully curious group of adventurers and their trip below the Earth. This book was so much fun to read.
