Introduction to mindfulness for kids into elementary school. Simple, but effective. Would be good to start a conversation about mindfulness with a worried child.

A great introduction to mindfulness for early elementary students. Includes a guided meditation at the end.

Although meant for children - I read this through the lens of a special needs parent - always in need of mindfulness. Perhaps just the act of reading this book can calm a worried heart and mind...

Amazing practice for children and adults alike to stop and do!

Cute. Definitely worth a try. I liked the mediation at the end. I felt the child going from worry to peace was too quick as it only took an affirmation, but I like the concept.

A gentle, simple book with a wonderful message. I like the colorful illustrations and the guided meditation in the back. Great for the younger set who are just learning about mindfulness.

"I tune in to me." Lovely book about being in the here and now. The illustrations are wonderful.

I loved this book! All about teaching children how to take a breath and deal with anxieties they have. The illustrations and message was very therapeutic and reminded me of a meditation. The size of the book is too small to share during storytime but would make a great one-on-one story for elementary children.
