4 stars instead of 3 because I really liked the ending.

2020: was 35% of the way through this and it’s just not what I’m wanting read at this time. I still remember my first trip to the tower fondly but 4 years and a lot had changed. I am not changing my rating, but I’m glad I decided to not finish this book... again.

2016:It's over.... My trip to the Dark Tower. This book was full of emotions and sadness.... And that ending. Holy moly. Ka is a Wheel though so no surprise there.

So happy I read these books. Thank you to Stephen King for the masterful story telling!

And so, a year or so later, I’ve reached the end of the Dark Tower series. The penultimate book wasn’t my favorite, but it was satisfying to experience Stephen King in his own book AND Roland finally reaching the Dark Tower. At first I wasn’t sure about the ending, but the more I think about it the more I like it.
