⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved diving back into Cedar Ridge and Nash and Maddie's story was so lovely!

I got glimpses of them in Glimmers of You (since I read this series out of order hehe) and I was excited to read the story of how they fell in love.

I enjoyed that the reader knew who could be causing the trauma in this book and I was just left to guess what could happen with the threats. I loved Nash and Maddie's honesty and communication and understood Nash's hesitancy to take things further with Maddie. You could really feel how deeply they cared for each other and wanted to protect one another.

I absolutely love the found family that the Hartley's create. It's so heartwarming to see each sibling find love and welcome their significant other into the big happy family. The loyalty and trust of the Hartley's is incredible. I'm so excited to keep reading this series and Roan and Aspen are next!

4.5 stars might have to adjust to 5 !!!
Maddie and Nash are everythinggggg
This book sucked me right in. Between the main characters that always loved each other and the abusive ex and father back in the picture I couldn’t put this book down! Always wondering what was happening next, and if we’d get a HEA from the crazy that kept happening to our main characters made for some heart thumping moments!
I am totally becoming a romantic suspense lover!!!

i don't know how to put my thoughts about this book into words. i wasn't nearly as invested as i was in the previous book and now that i've closed the book and gone about my day, i honestly cannot remember half of the plot.

my jaw is still on the floor with this book. the way Catherine just makes you feel like you are literally in the book with these characters is INSANE. In love with the couple, their story, and the strength of the FMC in this story.
