I loved this book! I loved the characters and I loved how I felt reading the book cheering on each character. It was an easy read and worth staying up to finish.

I listened to this book and it was enjoyable. Suzanne Redfearn is an incredible author and “In an Instant” is still one of my favorite books ever!

3.5 stars Fun, little listen. I really enjoyed the bonds that were built the most. There was some stuff that seemed thrown in there that were kind of out of place for me. Also, the narration really needed to be sped up to enjoy.

A thrilling book with a heartwarming ending.

This book was nothing like I expected it to be. Reading the description of the book it states that it’s a story of “self discovery”. I don’t see that.. it definitely did show both Grace and Hadley a new definition to love and family though. I honestly thought this book was going to be quite dull. A boring story of how two women are looking for a fresh start in life, team up and struggle to make it by. Reading the description of the book on the back is exactly what I pictured. But I was so wrong..

As soon as Hadley and Grace met, I knew this book was not at all as I expected. They initially team up, not willing to trust each other, and make rather rash decisions to attempt a start of a new life. The way everything twisted and built up the suspense through each chapter pulled you in that much deeper (as did their decisions).

The storyline, plot, details, were all so perfectly thought out. The ending, I want to say I am slightly disappointed at.. but at the same time I’m not.. it’s like it the ending wasn’t quite thought out enough. A final chapter from Fitz’s point of view would have helped push the reasoning behind his final decision.

Read it in a half day!

I absolutely loved this book. Great flushed out characters, nothing going perfect. Just wonderful!
And the end ... no spoilers but I really liked it
