This book was interesting and an engaging read (I highly recommend the audiobook, read by Heughan himself), but the audiobook got a little confusing at times when he switched back and forth between the hike and his memoir. I think a physical/ebook would make the distinction clearer. The thing I really loved about the book though was that he talked about his eating disorder to normalize that men have them too.
Graphic: Abandonment
Moderate: Body shaming, Drug use, Eating disorder, Alcohol, Cursing, and Dysphoria
Minor: Sexual assault, Rape, Death of parent, Cancer, Injury/Injury detail, Terminal illness, and Sexual violence
