This was fine. I’m not sure if I’m just trying to get through them to get to Ever King at this point or if I just had too many other things on my mind and other books that I just couldn’t give her the time she deserved. I assumed this was the middle book to Ari & Saga’s story, but it’s not, it was the end, as the last book follows Calista.

These books are so deep in the weeds with the families and names and histories. I’d read the first three what feels like forever ago, and then decided to pick up the back 6 just push through and I think if you’re going to read them, read them back to back and try not to deviate lol. There are SOOO many people it can be hard to follow.

The narrators are some of my favorites though, these two can read me a Pine-Sol ingredient list for all I care. 🫶🏻

Really hate the Sweet Menace nickname. Is their love giving me the ick? Maybe. I still liked the book though. And the epilogue got me so excited for book number 9.

I really loved how the author made all of these books come together and I am not even finished! But it does make sense as to why all of the kingdoms were going through what they were! A nice little bow on this series for sure.

I LOVE ARI AND SAGA. They are my favorite
