Overall, this was a strong debut. The plot was unique and the characters were interesting. It was sex positive without being steamy for the sake of it. (Mostly.) It got kinda tedious after awhile though. Too many grand declarations too early. The reveal was obvious and some parts were drawn out and melodramatic. The big things (plot, characterization, etc) were so good, though, that I’m excited for the rest of the series.
