After reading the first two Mermaid Kingdom books, I couldn't just stop without going to book 3, right?!

I've already rehashed the basics of this adorable little world in my first two reviews, so i'll skip that part and just go straight into the storyline of this installment...

Cora, first introduced in book 1, has a new dilemma that really tests the boundaries of friendship while confronting the very serious issue of young bullying. When her best friend Rachel is excluded for being half human, Cora has the opportunity to create a team of her own in order to really show her peers that differences are not reason enough for harsh judgment.

As in the case of the previous books, the story was cute and the drawings were bright, colorful, and enticing to the eyes of young readers. These stories would make perfect bedtime stories for children at a beginning reading age.

I'm not sure if there will be others in this series, but I'll probably check those out in the future as they are released.

**I did receive a review copy of this book. My opinions are my own and are uninfluenced by the manner in which the work was received.**
