I liked this book and it was a nice palate cleanser between books. It was fast-paced and suspenseful but somewhat predictable in parts. I liked the short chapters which made the book go by quickly. Unfortunately, the book fell flat in terms of character development and plot and sentence structure. A great book recommendation if you liked this book or wanted something similar but written better with more character development and plot, A Good Girls Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson is an amazing trilogy!

To be completely honest…it had me bored most of the time…I felt that instead of a thriller/mystery going on it was more of the main character whining and victimizing and making everything about herself. It just didn’t grab my attention…and when she finally found out who the killer was I was not suprised or yelling wtf…I mean that person was not even in the story until the end…I mean idk not a big impact !!! I’ve read better thrillers out there. This is definitely not my type.

Solid young adult read. The reveal was a little lackluster, but I still enjoyed reading this one. Short chapters made it move really quickly.

Such a page turner! All The Good Girl's Guide to Murder fans read this to get the same thrill!!!
This book does ya thriller and mystery justice in every sense. So proud of our girl Jessica.
Just loved this book it pulled me out of a slump. The short, fast paced, easy to follow chapters keep you hooked! The reveal in the end was unexpected I couldn't guess it. Highly recommend this book!

I read this book basically cover to cover. The chapters are super short (some being only a page long) so there are 144 chapters. It’s a bit slow to me at first, but I became invested very quickly and it ended up being a shock to me.
