First off, I LOVED Jessie Ann Foley's writing style in this book. Mia's voice is authentic and refreshing and I love a good three-dimensional complicated woman. This book also took me places I didn't expect it to, which I always appreciate. Some of the decisions made about the ending weren't my fave, but they are really REALLY minor nitpicks. Definitely one of my standouts from last year.
