Wolves!

Um, that was a great book! I love shifters!

I'm such crap at reviews, but this book had lots of fun in it. Drama, suspense, sexy times, wolves (and other beasties), childhood trauma, a woman fighting her own demons...fighting scenes. Man, it was such a fun read. I'm downloading the next book now.

I could not put this book down it literally grabs you by the balls the moment you start reading! The 3 Alphas are complete a-holes in the best way and Jemma is haunted by her past but these men plan on breaking her down to build her up. Fawn is supposed to be a temporary thing which everyone accepts but she does something to these three and it feels like there is a war on the horizon. Fawn is dark, steamy and everything you didn’t know you needed in your life! I cannot wait for book 2!

Absolutely riveting. There's dark, there's passion, there's rage sex. It's everything I wanted from dark mafia shifter romance. I'm here to stay.

Good heroine, interesting heros, shitty villian, nice sexy times, but has a cliffhanger

UGH Book2 isn't out yet, so I'll add some more thoughts. Jemma AKA Fawn is a broken woman who has all kinds of darkness and trauma, which will happen when you witness your parents' brutal murder. Our men, Draven, Kade, and Bishop all have distinct personalities. Yet, they all have something in common - they're kinda messed up, too. But they sure do love breaking Fawn apart, only to put her together again.

We hang in suspense only 7 days into her 1 month stay with them after an unexpected attack from a rival wolf pack and Jemma's abusive ex.

I would call this lightly BDSM, but no dubious consent, so it's not that dark. And we've just started exploring any true romance, though it's budding, and I expect the next book will reveal more of it.

Fawn by Elaina Jadin and Marie Robinson is a captivatingly dark shifter mafia romance. This reverse harem story is like nothing I’ve ever read, nor will probably experience to this level again. I may have initially overlooked this book as it’s out of my regular reading bubble and comfort zone, but that would have been a massive mistake on my part.

This story ripped my heart out and broke me down. I was absorbed into Jemma’s world, as her emotions were raw and gripping. The detail of the world and her experiences are so thorough that I felt everything intensely, and that was right from the first chapter. The multi POV with Jemma and the Alphas - Draven, Kade and Bishop, bring the story more to life and allow you to delve deeper into the characters.

Additionally I love the growth and self development that Jemma goes through in this story. Each of characters has a key part to play, but Jemma’s is the most fascinating.

As I mentioned, I had trepidation before starting this book, due to it being a dark romance, but I adore what these authors have created previously, and for this story I was honestly blown away by the detail and raw experiences written. If you love dark and mafia romances, scenes which are too hot to handle and words that leap of the page to suck you into the story, than the first book in the Blackfang Baron’s world is the book for you.

This is more of a dark romance than a shifter romance. This book is different from the others of the same genre. The cliffhanger will leave you wanting more.
