This wasn’t really what I thought it would be. First, I thought it was a fictional romance the movie was based off of. When I found out it was a couple people giving advice, I thought it would be telling women how to make be more appealing to men, which I wasn’t to excited about. But it’s advice is really good. Basically it tells women they are amazing and shouldn’t put up with the crap guys put them through. That they should have higher expectations for relationships and not settle.

Realistic, straight-forward, and comedy thrown in. I love they way that the author presents the facts in a way that reflects his respect for women and his desire to respect themselves.

was curious about what they pulled for the rom-com. insightful and strange, extremely accurate and caring in some cases, and batshit in others. had so much fun reading this.

I LOVED THIS BOOK!!!! Talk about an empowering book for women. I can't exactly say that I have had an extensive dating life. To be honest, until a few weeks ago i hadn't even been asked out on a date by someone i wasn't already in a serious relationship with. But i have had my fair share of "flings". Looking back, I realized that these "flings" were really guys who were "just not that into me". This book has given me a whole new perspective on the value of a woman. I recommend it for every woman out there. It is ok for someone to not want to call you back. It is ok for someone to not want to see you after a first date. Who cares. Don't chase them, it is beneath you. Find someone who wants to spend every waking minute with you and thinking about you. Who can't wait to call you and take you out for a picnic on the beach. It's better to be single than to be stuck in a crappy relationship that will end up just leaving you feeling worse about yourself to begin with. Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!!!
