wowza...i sure am disappointed in myself for not seeing that it was going to be

vampires

bc in hindsight,,,kinda obvious. the blurb made this book sound interesting and im sad to say it didn't particularly deliver. the characters were trying SO hard not to be flat lol and they didn't manage to make this any less boring. skimmed through the last third of the book just to get it over with. sorry for being mean but this was so dull

i couldn't NOT buy this book after seeing the cover, as someone who wants to be a cardiologist. this book was not only super interesting, but also very creative as well. I had never heard of this type of paranormal plot, and i really enjoyed finding more about the dystopian society setting of the book. willa was such a good main character to follow, and i enjoyed seeing her grow and adapt to changes she was presented with. if you're a fan of dystopian, sci-fi, paranormal books, read this one.
