This was an engrossing character study of three women and the man connected to them. I wish we had got chapters from the perspectives of the other two sisters. That felt like a missed opportunity. I wish someone had told the oldest sister what a horrible person she was, because that was a glaring omission. But overall, I really enjoyed my time with the book.

Terminei este livro e fiquei a olhar para o tecto não sei quanto tempo, o que quer dizer que mexeu comigo. Also não chorava a sério com um livro há não sei quanto tempo.

É um drama familiar à minha medida, triste mas escrito de uma forma bonita. Senti que as Padavano Sisters eram reais e minhas conhecidas. Adorei assistir à passagem ao longo do tempo e o paralelismo com Little Women.
