Like the first in the series, Elodie Harper weaves a compelling narrative that is rich in history and emotion. This book was harder for me to read than The Wolf Den because it deals so heavily with effects of trauma.

I enjoyed this one just like the first one. The more I think about it the more I dislike the two main characters and I don't know why. However, this has not hindered my enjoyment. 

Can I nicely ask for a felix prequel?
