A couple weeks ago Flavorwire released a list of rising poets to keep an eye on, and for some reason "poet" Steve Roggenbuck made the list, which caused me to instantly loose all respect for the website and for whatever braindead intern runs the lit section now.

downloadhelveticaforfree.com, which is not only the title but the website that this "collection" of "poetry" is hosted on, is down, so Roggenbuck must have forgotten to pay his bills. This is either a gift from God or Satan himself rising up from the depths of hell to reclaim this series of 2007-era MSN Messenger chats. Either way, its not terrible that this has happened.

I don't usually like insulting what other people like to read, but the fact that this shit has a following is so utterly incomprehensible and enraging that I feel like it would be a disservice to humanity if I don't at least attempt to bring this rating down.

Since I am not sure that this book was ever released in print or in ebook format, I am not entirely sure that Goodreads should allow this book to be listed on its website, but what do I care. The policies seem to change without notice whenever Amazon feels like it has money to gain, but then again, this crap is free. Or at least, it was when it was hosted. I'm sure this review will be flagged for mentioning that.
