What a good way to get out of a reading slump! I read this entire book while on a flight to Chicago so I feel a little more accomplished than I would had I finished it on any other old day. It’s not a sad book but even the slightest mention of loss had me holding back tears in my seat. I miss Katarina and goddamnit I don’t think I’ll ever forget the feeling of losing her.  I know this review is lazy but I’m in a rush exiting the terminal.

i had so much fun reading this, i really couldn't put it down and wanted to go on and on and on
this book showed me that YA is still enjoyable (even if you're 20+) IF it's done right
sometimes i felt we should have gotten a little bit more information or depth. don't get me wrong i don't mind to get bits and pieces from time to time, however i felt like it was a bit flat at some points.
the "cliffhanger" at the end is somewhat predictable but i can't wait to start book 2!
