Gah I cannot get enough of the Bishop family and all the ranch workers! Seriously the best cowboy stories out there.
I have been wanting to get my hands on Mazie and Gavinâs story since the ending of the last book. They have so much chemistry with each other whenever they are in the same room, you just knew that their love story would be a hot one!!
I loved how Mazie is different from her rancher family. Inside of going in the family business, well she kinda does but in a different way, she decides to be a chef! So she is the main cook at the B&B. But after having a fun night out and doing something not her style, she never wants to relive it. That is until he comes walking into her B&B.
Gavin was just passing through for a job interview when he decided to have a beer. Little did he know he was going to run into the girl of his dreams....well he thought so at least. He wasnât expecting to go on the chase of his life.
I just loved these two characters. They fit so perfectly together. And like I said, I love this family and getting a glimpse of the older family members is just a wonderful treat!

My favorite book of the series. I was head over heels for Rowan and Diesel but the angsty, slow burn of this book had me in a choke hold.

Maize and Gavinâs story has been coming for a while now and I am very pleased with how their story turned out. We got to see some breadcrumbs in the previous books, so we already know both characters a little. Gavin is a retired bull rider. He moved on to the Circle B ranch to train horses. Maize is the cook at the bed and breakfast. They met at a bar and had a one night stand. But when she finds out that Gavin works for the family ranch. Maize all of the sudden doesnât remember him. I loved how Gavin fought for Maize from the get go, but he also didnât give in to her so quickly or easily when she realizes her feelings. Maize is so stubborn and it was fun to see them together. I loved their story. It was sweet, steamy, and kind of angsty.

I really didnât like Maize in this book. It felt at times like she was fighting to hard and it wasnât worth it.
