I haven’t read a vampire book since the Twilight series was released and that was back in 2008. Let me tell you, I couldn’t put this thing down. I finished it in less than 24 hours. Eloise makes a deal with the Vampire King, Ambrose, in order for him to help her find her best friend. In this deal, she has to live with him for 3 months. Eloise loved to push Ambrose’s buttons and it was fun to see. She was strong and always held her ground. Their chemistry was banging right from the start. This was a fated mate’s situation which normally I hate but since it’s Vampires, I think it makes sense. It’s also told from a dual POV. Anyways, I was booked and I’ll definitely be trading the rest of the series too.
