So good and cements Cyrée Jarelle Johnson as one of my favorite disabled writers and cultural workers in the generation before me. I will absolutely be picking up his next collection or book the second I realize it's coming out. Favorite poems: "magenta," "an elegy for the family (w)rex," "At noon The Organization coalesced at...," "belial & morningstar & andromalius & baraqijal & penemuel & ronobe & zegan," "an eight year old with asperger's contemplates suicide," "chewbacca was the blackest part of The Force Awakens," "You said you've been to the club, but I don't believe you," and basically the whole book.
Graphic: Rape and Racism
Moderate: Child abuse
Minor: Police brutality
