Another 'rollicking ride', for sure! But, not as fun as Wishful Drinking. Again, Carrie's 'inimitable wit' and strange writing style (ft. absurdist humour, meandering tangents, unpredictable imagery and inexplicable diversions from reality) SHINE, making even sentences that should be 'normal' a level of entertaining I can't even begin to explain? If Carrie had written the phonebook, it'd be the most delightful book in existence.
But, some of this subject matter, I HATED.

This book seems sadder then the last one. I guess less stories about her life and more stories about how she has to deal with her life. :(

I love Carrie Fisher, but this book was a bit all over the place. On second thought, maybe that's the point.

As always, Carrie Fisher is hilarious. If you like reading her books, then this is enjoyable. Since this book was primarily about her relationship with her dad, Eddie Fisher, I guess it just wasn’t as interesting to me as her other books, but she’s always a good read.

A little bit rambly, more so than her last book, but still interesting, and excusable. I really liked reading this.

This book really highlights the character that Carrie Fisher had and the way that she can be both dismissive of herself and yet how she fully embraces her PROS and cons with ease. while it got a little too choppy at some points, her wit shines clearly through within this partial biopic of herself and her father Eddie Fisher.

I love Carrie Fisher and her honest delivery in her writings. Some moments of this one seemed like they fell a bit flat but overall I enjoy hearing about her life from her point of view.
