This is such an adorable book. I loved it.

Boo is a new and a little nervous about fitting in. Everyone is nice and accepting, but Boo soon learns he is not very good at the games they like to play.

Amazing book about fitting in and making new friends.

I loved the illustrations. They are simple but so cute. Very well-written.

A very cute book about a ghost who learns how to make friends. This would make a great ghost storytime book.

Not Halloween-y, which is what I was looking for when I checked it out, but Iris approved!

When I saw this was by the author of Narwhal and Jelly I just had to read it! The art was cute and the story was sweet. It was all about fitting in just the way you are.

We read and loved Ben Clanton’s Rex Wrecks It so we were excited to find this book at the library. In this book, Boo, who is a ghost joins Sprinkles, Rex, Gizmo, and Wild at the playground. They are all excited to make a new friend but Boo cannot play all their favorite games - balls go through Boo’s body, Boo cannot pick up sticks. Very soon, Boo is upset and disappears. But they all discover that Boo can play hide and seek well!

Great book about how friends can come together and not let any limitation or handicap come in their way.
