The poems in this are ok. Some I like a lot, and most I didn't. Yezzi tends to write very long poems, and to me, they just don't hit me like other poets do. I don't know if it's a case of me not understanding his poems, or me not wanting to understand his poems, but after I finished this, my reaction was "meh". However, he has a ton of fans, so I'll chalk this up to me just being the odd one out.
