This collection of poems was a spontaneous purchase on my part and totally worth it! I read it all in one sitting, thoroughly drawn to each poem—all imbued with gothic aesthetics and whimsical feelings. I see echoes of Plath and Whitman in Annah Browning’s work, tastefully bouncing off her exciting, supernatural originality.
