If I could give half stars I would this Book is a 3 1/2 stars in my opinion. It was very enjoyable and a great summer read but Travis got on my nerves and I found myself mad at Celeste for staying with him and always sticking up for him. I loved nick though and was so happy to see the end result.

This was pretty horrific. You could tell the author had no idea how film festivals work, and people behaved ridiculously throughout the entire thing (for example, Celeste's father asking her to plan a movie screening and telling her the entire future of Pinyon is riding on her shoulders - then why the fuck aren't you hiring professionals instead of your seventeen-year-old daughter!?). And don't even get me started on the pepper prank.

By the end of the book, I still had no idea what Celeste saw in the guy who kept harassing her at work, but, you know, whatever. I suspect this is what I get for reading a book called "Flirting with Boys."

This book was a teenage book but still it was good and fresh. I liked the tolerable but still funky attitude of the girl towards the bad boy and also the boyfriend.
A definite summer beach read.

Actual rating: 0 stars. I never really hated a specific book since I drop it after chapter 3 when I couldn’t get into the story. However, this book was the absolute worst, I finished it because I had no other books to read at that time. This is truly a waste of time. The way the author wrote the story was so predictable and annoying. Of course, her boyfriend just had to be a dick and everybody knows that except her

Oh my. I thought this book would be a short and sweet read. One that would be a page turner & keep me interested. Only it was the exact opposite. I did not like this book at all.
I found Travis to be annoying & just a typical teenage boy. You could tell who he truly cared about. I did not care for Nick either but I did warm up to him in the end.
Overall this book was not very good. I recommend reading this if you truly want a 'light' read.

This book was cute. Not overly fantastic or all that amazing, but it was just a fun read which is exactly what you want when you read a Hailey Abbott book. I will say I wasn't fond of Travis and found myself wanting to bash his head in a few times and couldn't figure out why Celeste was even with him when he was obviously a jerk, but when he wasn't around it was really enjoyable. Nick may have been the cutest thing ever and I loved how he got under Celeste's skin. It did seem to rush at the end, but if it went on any longer it would have been too much. All in all a great reading experience.

What can i say? For me the book wasn't finished at 240 page ,the lack of romance didn't work for me and i thought the book was really about what Celeste would do for her family business though rough times. And that's is basically the reason why i gave it 3 starts.
