This was a pretty wild volume. Yona and crew have become Robin Hood-esque bandits, what's-his-face who (accidentally?) threw Yona and Hak off a cliff several volumes ago has returned and is in terrible shape, and Shina goes through a lot of solid character growth. 4.5 stars.

Yona of the Dawn continues to be one of my favorite manga series. The mix of engaging, complicated characters with a political plot and a fantastical bent continues to keep me engaged. I love the character moments we get in this volume and how we continue to see Yona growing and working to be stronger. Her dynamic with the dragons continues to be a great part of this story. Learning more about Sinha and his powers is also welcome. I can't wait for the next volume.

For me Yona of the Dawn is just perfect it has all my favourite tropes, I love the characters and the plot is interesting... what more could you want!
