Cute back story. But, I didn’t feel the details of the story matched what I had in my mind for the setting. Nothing made me feel like this was the grandparents story. It all still felt very modern day.

Age gap was gross, he knew her as a child( she was 10 and he was 20). The relationship as adults because of that was so cringe and disturbing to me .
