The length of this book and the story are a perfect balance! Though I read Keelan’s other book in this series (and love Chase and Bailey), I was seriously captured by these characters! I’m not sure if knowing so much of Chase’s background helped me empathize with Sera from the beginning (not to mention the timeline of Chase and Bailey’s story) but I was OBSESSED with them. As somebody who grew up being a soccer goalie, hearing Tyler’s descriptions in his head about the weight of the game was so relatable. I also actually got emotional during the heaviest scenes in this book and fully did not expect to. I would read a direct sequel for these characters, but I’d settle for a Dallas and Shiv story in the meantime! This book officially made me a fan of this author and commit to reading all of her releases. 

I also have to say that it may be my favorite pairing to have two sexually empowered and secure people hooking up! It seems like in stories there can be typically an “experienced” partner and one that is either not or is sexually dissatisfied but both Tink and Hades were sexually confident and I loved that about their dynamic!
