Pratchett really was hitting his stride here - I laughed at nearly every page for the first half (before the plot required a bit less humor). Excellent book!

Not my favorite Discworld but it had it's merits, the characters were interesting, the obvious parody of Macbeth really benefitted the humor and the ending wasn't as predictable as I thought it would be. In the end, it wasn't the worst but I wouldn't say it was the best either.
