I am in absolute shock and awe that this is her debut novel! WOW! This is how you write and execute a thriller! This was over the top, unhinged but done SO incredibly well. The journey of Alex & Wrens friendship and friendship breakup is beyond relatable. I love the atmosphere, how we get a bit of history of the house and the integration of the chapters of Alex’s book! The competition is insane and Roza?? Oh Roza! I HIGHLY recommend checking this book out! I do not know how she is going to write another one that’s this good but she will now be at the top of my list to check out any new releases immediately!

Good plot and setting. Started off strong but fell off at the end for me. I could have done without the side storyline of Alex's book and the paranormal (?? jury is still out on this concept) component to this.

Fun read but the main character's conflict with her friend is just weird and kind of sets up the MC but it's so junior high dumb, you are already done with them before anything even starts.
