I liked seeing how things played out across the different perspectives, and that Yelena isn't infallible. There were a couple of issues in editing that threw me out of the story for a second, but I enjoyed it overall.

This novella is so good. Filled with action, suspense, humour, romance and much more.

I loved how we got multiple POV’s in this book. I really enjoyed it. And I loved how everything came together at the end. Hopefully multiple POV’S continue in the next books. We get yelena, valek, Leif and jancos povs l. It was really good.

The whole aspect of the ice moon was really interesting. I loved the science behind it too. Interested to see where the rest of the series goes.

A nice way of describing the time the main characters have in between books, as a way to keep a story going. Also focusing on adding new elements to the plot of a new book. Marvelous how much a short story can contain.

Das Ende war ja mal geil! xD
Aber am Anfang war ich die ganze Zeit soo verwirrt, weil ich keine Ahnung hatte, was der Ice Moon war ^^

*Note: this is a novella written for the fans of the Study and Glass series, not a full length book*

Ice Study is a great short story. I loved the study series and Ice Study brought me right back into it. I wish Maria would write more books in this world! I loved that half of the story was from Valek's perspective. Though it was a quick read, Ice Study was still packed with action and humour. I would suggest reading it when your are done with the two series as it might spoil some plot points for you if you read it earlier. Chronologically it fits between Fire Study and Storm Glass.

This was really fun. I loved that we got Leif, Valek, and Janco's POV in this short story as well. It is a good prequel to the 'Soulfinder' Trilogy. Yelena and Valek are still my favourite couple I've ever come across. The dynamic between all these characters is so authentic and electrifying. Leif and Valek's bromance is so adorable and Janco is always a delight in these books.
But I will say that I'm tired of Yelena being kidnapped and ambushed by some rogue magician in almost every book. I still very much enjoyed this story and can't wait to continue with the next trilogy.

I just love this series so much! It was great having a little more taste of Valek and Yelena's adventures. As always, Maria doens't disappoint.
You can see by her writting that the Study short stories are not about making money off of readers, you can see that she misses the characters and wants to please the fans and I love her for it.
