Kim'in Dave'i içindeki babalık sorunlarıyle yüzleşmek için ateşleyici bir etken olduğuna inanıyorum.

The author could have used a good editor, there were too many loose ends or unexplained events for my liking.

It took me awhile to get through this, but I had a lot going on and very little time to read. Another good tale from a cracker-jack storyteller. I love the wonderful words he uses, very upper-end vocabulary, which might actually be off-putting to some readers. I actually had some insight to solving the crime (but not the WHO part) way earlier on than in his first two books, but the resolution was still very satisfying. Great author - hope he's fast at work on another Dave Guerney. I need more insight into the relationship Dave has with his wife, Madeline -- I can't quite get a handle on it....

I always enjoy the mental gymnastics that come with this series.

feels like a rushed book. almost as though he was pushed for a publishers deadline. I wish the story would spend more time in the detail of the conversation. I also don't understand why gurney goes it solo in the end everytime. I would think the traumatic events of the last book would have a bigger impact. still I enjoyed the book. good read even if not up to the par of his first too.
