If you like the movie A Christmas Story , you'll love this book. Takes place in the 70s in Connecticut from the perspective of a 5th grade boy. Hilarious.

Read this if you or your parents grew up in the '60s. Or, read it if you went to Catholic school. Not the greatest book ever; but for me, this was nostalgic and hilarious. A quick read for the holidays.
