Dancing with the devil

This may have been my favorite book yet. I hate Mil so much but Luc and Chase are so perfect it’s sickening. Per usual I devoured this book and definitely enjoyed some twists I never saw coming. A definite must read over and over and over

Holy sweet baby Jesus. When I first started the Eagle Elite series I honestly had NO IDEA what they were about. I had read multiple RVD books before and thought, why not? I fell in love with every almost immediately, and it was definitely a toss up between Chase and Nixon as to who I loved more. After this book I can confidently say that it’s Chase (Nixon please forgive me!). I never truly felt like Mil deserved him and that he deserved so much more, and this book is all he deserved and above. I loved Luc as well! Such an innocent bystander in all of this, but she loved fiercely and I’m so happy that Chase gave in! I had so many emotions while reading it and I have to say it’s some of Rachel’s best work yet! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for our beloved mafia families!

I RARELY read books with more than 3 in the series. I get tired of the world....this mafia world is one I've revisit because the author keeps the story on different people.

Whoa! This is what it’s all about! When you read a story that grabs hold of your mind and you FEEL it..... feel every word, sentence, emotion and visualize the reality of the characters!
Dark! Intense! Gutting! Sexy! Holy emotions that kept me in suspense! Hot, hot hot! Eulogy is freakin fantastic! I COULD NOT PUT THIS ONE DOWN! All you need to know is this is a MUST READ! I refuse to divulge information - you need to experience it first hand! All I can say right now is Hot Damn Chase is HOT! I truly enjoyed the high reading this one and love the characters, especially Chase and Luciana- my mind is still reeling!

If you have been reading this series you won't want to miss this book.

After the shock in the last book Chase is a completely different man. He is out for revenge, gone is the funny, happy go lucky guy.
The book has its usual funny banter and craziness but I did find it a bit odd.
There are 2 suprises at the end, twists, one I thought was obvious from early on as soon as a certain statement was made.
Luciana is very different from Mil, she is afraid of everything.
I did think it was clever that although we could see the cracks in Chase and Mil's relationship in the previous book, you get a completely different perspective in this one and realize how selfish Mil was.
Well written and a must for fans of the series.

Thank the Lord, Rachel Van Dyken is giving us more Eagle Elite! I love Rachel and her books. So. Much. This series is one of my all-time-favorites and I've been reading it since the very beginning. I was always #TeamChase. I always thought Trace was dumb for not picking Chase! But, I'm glad she didn't. I also never really fell for Mel. There was always something about her that rubbed me the wrong way, but Chase was happy with her, or so it seemed. Chase was the funny one. Always making jokes. Making everyone laugh. Cooking for the family. Always smiling. Eulogy showed us a very different side of Chase. Broken. Empty. Gutted. Heartless. Soulless. It was hard for me to watch this Chase. I wanted to reach in and shake him and then give him a big Kara hug. After he lost Mil he was just angry. Hell bent on revenge, death and destruction. Only seeing one way out. The only way to get out. Until he has to share his space with Luciana. She's innocent and scared. And he does what the new Chase does. Threatens her. Scares her. Then makes the mistake of kissing her. Something about her kiss makes him want more. Want to have something to live for. Makes him feel more like his old self. But can he stop the path he's on? Even for the chance at true love? Oh my. I loved Chase before, but I love him so much more now. I loved seeing this darker side to him. I loved all the passion. The heat. The heart. And of course, loved seeing the family. That's the way we Italians do it.

He. Was. Epically beautiful. Men weren't supposed to look like him in real life, with light eyes, dark, perfect olive skin, strong jawlines, hair I wanted to dig my hands into, and a body just made for magazine covers.

His mouth tasted like the best mistake of my life.

God save us all from Italian families with the questions and food and questions and food.

Chase angry was sexy.
Chase sad…still sexy.
Chase standing…still so sexy.
Chase speaking Italian?
I might not survive.

"Don't waste your tears on me," I whispered. "I’m not worth it."
"I'll decide what my tears are worth," she shot right back.

I recieved this book as an ARC for an honest review and lets be honest here... This book wow!

And she does it again! Rachel Van Dyken has taken the mafia and made it oh so sexy! I read this book in about 4 hours, I'm pretty sure I had other things to do, but oh well!

Chase has been my favorite character from the very first books, and after his book about him and Mil I didn't know how I would feel about him again, but he's still my favorite. This book had so much heart and so much angst in it, it felt overwhelming at times. You watch Chase struggle with some very bad demons and watch him slip over the edge of darkness, but then he finds light. Luciana is the perfect match for him, and I am SO happy that he found honest love! But I would love to hear more about her and her starting the build a relationship with Pheonix! I'm hoping this series isn't over and I'm hoping Andrei gets a book:-D

🖋 SNEAK PEEK ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS REVIEW 🖋
This book was freaking LIT! 🔥 I had a hard time focusing because all I wanted to do was dive in and inhale this heartbreaking and disturbing read. Reality can be put on hold for a little while. Haha!

A broken man who is out for revenge and will stop at nothing for everyone who had betrayed him thanks to one particular name. I hurtingly ache for Chase and what he was put through and can feel his need to kill them all; however, his actions definitely does not go unnoticed and is one that will end at death. "Blood in. No out."

In comes an unexpected person. One who is not aware of how this family works, who comes into this twisted world, and enters her hired role blindly. As the story progressed I was deathly afraid and confuse on what would & could happen.

We also see the interaction between the family and as sick as they all are they are truely family in their own way. They protect their own and watch out for each other. You cannot help but LOL at some of their conversations and antics. Just don't screw with them or you will end up in a body bag. Filled with actions and surprises Eulogy is one that will constantly have you on the edge of your seat!
