A perfect combination of my favorite trope (time loop au) plus the holiday romance! Quick and spicy read with lovable characters!

Ground hog day during a Christmas vacation? Yes please! I thought this was a very fun story. I loved the exploration of "traditions" and love that our main character explored. Corny i know but this would be an excellent Hallmark movie.

What a perfect first read of 2021! In a Holidaze is a Christmas themed, groundhog day romance, which honestly is the perfect set up for a book for me.
The pacing was perfect, even with each time Mae started the week over. I appreciate that we didn't have to live through the exact same scenes over and over. I adored the relationships between all the characters, as they really felt like a family.
Mae's commentary on living with parents as an adult was relatable and reassuring. "The thing about moving home is that I went from independent adult back into kid mode. Mom still does most of the cooking because she loves it. She does most of my laundry because she uses the activity to unwind while she's thinking about how to fix one of her paintings. Of course, I love these perks but they mean I can't complain that she also never thinks twice before giving me her two cents on every aspect of my life."
This was a heartwarming romance that is perfect for Christmas fanatics who dream of living through Christmas every day, although Mae shows how this can be less fun than expected.

In A Holidaze was cute - and officially my first Christmas book of the year. If you’ve been wishing for a new Groundhog Day but for Christmas, this may be the book for you!
I enjoyed the romance and loved the epilogue. But there were parts of the plot that I felt were really unnecessary and I didn’t feel like the Groundhog Day device really worked here. I would have liked it a lot more without the Theo plot line.
Thank you to Gallery and Netgalley for the advance reading copy.

I really enjoyed the Christmas and winter aspects of this book. A definite perfect read around Christmas. The family aspects are great as well. The romance was too cheesy for me. Especially the ending. Still a good read for the holidays, but not my favorite.
