This was an enjoyable enough volume, but it had relatively little of Olivia. There was a lot of focus on Felix and the characters in Mekia, along with a lot of characters from other smaller nations. This isn't bad, and in fact it exemplifies the feeling of a war chronicle, but Olivia and Claudia are such fun characters it's a shame to spend so much time focused away from them.
