Wow

I loved David and Yara. Their story was full of so much emotion. The book was amazing. I couldn't put it down. This author knows how to tug on your heartstrings. The ending sort of stopped short but still ended on a HAE. Definitely recommend.

I was fully prepared to be let down by this book. I honestly hated the last 2 TF books I read. This one though, I enjoyed. It was really slow paced which is why I gave it 4 stars. I felt like I could relate to Yara a lot. I saw myself in her in so many ways. I think that's why I liked it so well. Honestly not much happens. There's not a lot of drama or "omg" moments. It's a love story involving 2 complex people. One being heavily emotionally damaged. Overall a good read.

I wanted to love this book but I just didn’t. Yara is annoying and selfish and I couldn’t find anything redeeming in her

This book stirred a lot of emotions in me. I knew it would on some level before beginning it, but being a romance novel, I wasn't fully prepared for the havoc it would wreak on my sole. This is truly an amazing book that really made me think. I will be rereading this one.

Okay.... I'm disappointed
I dnfed this book at 60something percent..it was not what I was expecting. The writing was SO indifferent and boring(I've read many reviews for this book and I really can't understand the love for this writing). And the characters...daaamn...they were bad. Especially the main character...She was so annoying I just wanted to get into the book just to slap her
I could write a tome about how much I disliked the this book honestly

This book reminds me why I love reading. I felt book drunk. I couldn't breathe without thinking about it and wanting to read more. It made me feel things.

This was a really great book. It was exciting and sad and very unique in so many ways. Usually when I read about muses and musicians they are sappy stories with happily ever after endings and perfection in between. This was a rollercoaster from start to finish, and it really depicted how turbulent love can really be, especially if you're scared of it. I think she has a way of writing out these imperfect scenarios and really making the reader think.

It's a solid 4

I really liked the whole story, the first half was very normal.. very neutral, until the middle things turn up a little bit more exciting.

I loved both POV and the writing was of course amazing, the whole story it has the mark of Tarryn Fisher all over and I loved that

It doesn't has full 5 stars because I fill that she tried to make this book deep and dramatic, but for me it was an almost. Something was missing, it's still a great book but not as good as Fuck love or The Opportunist or Mud vein.
