I liked reading this because it let me hold on to Sakura a little longer. The book was over all ok, the only thing that annoyed me was that there were a few typos which threw me off.

I LOVE me some SasuSaku , I hope Kishimoto writes a story about their travels one day. There was a small point where it was a little cringey because he tried to drove the point a lil hard but other than that it's a good build up to Sasuke and Sakura's relationship. The story does do a good job of driving home the point of how important it is not to forget about the emotional damage that comes to children after acts of violence, poverty , etc.
Graphic: Murder
Moderate: Violence and War
Minor: Torture and Death of parent

What I liked about this book is that, Sakura is still very emotional and acts like an actual teenager but gets the job done. She initiated building a support system for children and it was also established that people around her thinks highly of her. There is certain maturity in her character but at the same time, her core made by Kishimoto was not lost.
I also liked that Sasuke left her alone because not to hate on his character, Sakura deserves someone better. Anyway, Sasuke staying behind the scene and recognizing that Sakura can handle herself is staying true to his character so ...
Subpar writing though. Plot is so-so.

Even though there was fighting, I think it wasn't really that fast paced (which I personally like). But I love Sakura and it was really nice to see more of Kakashi as the Rokudaime hokage.
