I found Lundy Bancroft's work through research on the court system and how it treats abuse in custody situations. I think this is a good resource for anyone going through it with an abusive partner, and especially the section on the courts. And emphasis on the parent finding ways to heal themselves and help the children and the emphasis on children's resiliency.
