I received this book from Goodreads First Reads and read it tonight with my 5 year old. It was a cute story and my son enjoyed guessing what the next plan to catch the watermelons would be. I was not a big fan of the illustrations, they were okay but nothing that really drew me to the book. However, that didn't seem to matter to my son and that's really all the matters.
