I'm not a business owner, but my boss asked me to read this as I am part of the management team. I found a lot of the information has been extremely useful,but not everything was practical for a very small business like the one I work for.

If you are a small business owner, I would certainly recommend this book as it has solid advice for running an effective business.
As a business coach, I teach a lot of the principles in this book in a little different manner but I know from personal experience that these things work.
I worry that this book will resonate more with people who have a business mind or who work in this industry vs. the typical business owner who may not be as passionate about these concepts. I am saying that because even though I really enjoy reading books like this, I found the content to be on the dry side.
If you are looking to create an operation that is more structured and gives your more freedom from your business, then I would recommend you check out this book and implement the concepts discussed.

I liked how this book was structured. It made me long for my leadership to read it and run meetings like this.

This is one of those business books I'll come back to regularly. The advice is highly actionable and objective, and the system it recommends ("Entrepreneurial Operating System aka EOS") seems like a good single system for managing a small business that I'd like to test out.
