Gah!! Who doesn't love a hot fire fighter? Let me tell you, I'd be hanging around that firehouse All. The. Time!!
So we have Dallas and Brinley. A chance meeting. A one night stand, or so it was supposed to be. But once was NOT enough for either of them! Living two hours apart, and the long shifts of a firefighter, make their time together challenging but all the more sweet when it happens.
Then.....everything shatters and they're torn apart. I won't say why, you'll have to read it to find out. But, as love often does, they cross paths again, only to have their second chance nearly ended before it barely started.
My poor heart couldn't take much more. It was breaking, no splintering, for Dallas and Brin. My chest hurt!! But, I'm ok now. The pieces have been put back together, but there might be a few fracture lines still showing.
Now, I hope this author doesn't stop here. I really need Diego's story, and Leo's. So bring it on!!
Definitely grab this one!! You'll need a box of tissues handy for the happy and sad tears. Just sayin'.
