I really don’t get the one night and you’re in love theme in this series. I went ahead and read it because I had it checked out, but good gravy. This woman can write well. The churning out of flat characters and steamy scenes went one bore (autocorrect is probably right, even though I meant one note) after two books with that same trope. I skimmed half of this. It’s a shame because it had so much potential. It reads like a sketch.

This is another super short one but is educated better than book 1 in the series. I believe them and their actions whole heartedly. These books are raunchy and fun and I really like them.

I wasn't that impressed with this story. Not a lot of detail went into why the characters were the way they were, and Sarah's Drama Queen antics got old in spots. Chris' attitude also was problematic, because I did not find it logical that he'd be that bitter over his girlfriend dumping him for someone else. I felt there had to be more to his misanthropy! Thankfully, it was a quick read, but a less than enjoyable one.

Sarah, a school teacher and part time librarian needs to learn how to ride a bike in 3 days. She plans to charm her co-worker, Ulysses on the teacher/school staff bike retreat. Her only option is to convince Chris, a grouchy bike shop owner to teach her. He wants nothing to do with a bossy and opinionated woman.

Sarah and Chris play off each other well from their first meeting. She tells him what she thinks and he gives her the same in return. Are they exactly what the other needs?

I really liked this story. It was full of humor and real feelings. It leaves you with a happy feeling.

I received a copy of the book in exchange for a honest review.

Sarah is a librarian, 32 and ready to find love. She knows she is a drama queen and her previous boyfriends/dates thought she was too much. So she decides to pursue her colleague as he is as extrovert as herself.
A bike ride organized by her work is the ideal setting to make her move, but Sarah has never learned to ride a bike.

Enter Chris, who has opened a bike repair shop in their quiet town, and is willing to teach Sarah to ride a bike in just 3 days.
Sarah and Chris are opposites but insanely attracted to each other. Is he the man for Sarah?

Enjoyable and well written romance. A couple of hot moments. It was just a bit fast (couple of days..) but somehow totally believable!

Everything about this book was super adorable! It was a short read, but that made me like it even more!

It was nonstop cuteness on every page. Sarah is a mismatched, misunderstood woman. She's mismatched because she's misunderstood by the men who seem to dump her. But she's my kind of woman: smart, confident, sassy, and over the top. Because she could be classified as high-maintenance, she has resigned to settling for the safe man. So she learns to ride a bike, which I think is completely admirable considering what she went through as a child.

Chris was a heartbroken loner. I loved him almost as much as I loved Sarah. Chris is grumpy and hell bent on not falling in love, no matter what. He's strong and doesn't want to put up with anyone's shit. He doesn't want to get walked over again and is reluctant to be with someone.

Their budding romance was a quirky ride. I adored the two of them together. And honestly, they sort of reminded me of my relationship with my boyfriend. Except he's Sarah and I'm not Chris but I am in many ways. (And bf's name is Chris so ha ha). The chemistry flew the moment Sarah walked into the bike shop.

I've read another book by Dade and wasn't super impressed. This one though, I really enjoyed! I just might have to give her another shot!

This was fun and frothy, didn't land quite as well as book 5 did for me, but still very readable.

Ready to Fall does a lot of things right. The heroine is over the top and dramatic and hilarious but she is convinced no one will love her for those exact qualities. I love how that was handled. It’s the hero’s exact kind of woman!
I really related to being loved by someone who loves the qualities that others think are flaws. The conflict was somewhat manufactured by bad communication which drove me a little crazy. I loved the way it was resolved though!
