MY FIRST AUDIOBOOK!
I’ve never been able to get into audiobooks before, but I actually finished this one. 🎉Â
Despite that, it wasn’t my favorite memoir. Kerry Washington reads it, which is great, but I just wasn’t particularly moved by it. I wonder if the medium impacted my feelings about it as someone who doesn’t normally listen to books? I don’t know. I also haven’t followed Kerry Washington’s work as an actress super closely, so maybe I just wasn’t as invested as I could have been.Â

Interesting memoir but it seemed disjointed to me and left some things hanging. I guess that does describe life though...
